Return & Replacement Policy – TalkingJinvani.com
At Talking Jinvani, we aim to deliver premium-quality devotional products. Due to the nature of our product (books + electronic pen), we primarily follow a replacement-only policy, but special case returns are also considered where applicable.
Eligibility for Replacement
- Replacements are accepted only for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong item delivered
- Product completely not working on arrival (Dead on Arrival)
- Inform us within 7 days of delivery by emailing care@talkingjinvani.com or WhatsApp 99900 83611 with your order details and proof (photo/video).
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories (books, pen, stand, cables, etc.).
Eligibility for Return (Special Cases)
We accept returns in the following special cases (with full refund):
- Product is completely non-functional and replacement is not feasible.
- Product is significantly damaged during transit.
- Incorrect product delivered and customer opts for refund instead of replacement.
- Any other valid reason approved by our support team (after verification).
Note: Return requests for personal preference or change of mind are not accepted.
Courier Charges
- If defect/wrong item is confirmed: Pickup & replacement/return shipping cost will be borne by us.
- If product is returned without defect (customer fault): Courier charges will be borne by the customer or request may be declined.
Process for Replacement or Return
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Share defect details with images/videos for verification.
- Once approved, our team arranges pickup.
- On inspection at our facility:
- Replacement: Shipped within 2–4 working days.
- Return/Refund: Processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Warranty & Repairs
- Talking Pen (Jin Dhwani) comes with a 6 months replacement warranty for manufacturing defects.
- Post-warranty repairs are available at nominal service charges.
Important Notes
- All claims must be supported with proof of defect/damage.
- Return/refund approval is at our discretion after inspection.
- This policy complies with Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020.
